ULTRA-PROTECT — 5 years labour, 3 years parts, 1 year collection
If a fault appears, you email our team with your order number, we issue a return authorisation, and we aim to complete any warranty repair within 7–10 working days. A regular PC is designed for everyday tasks — browsing, office documents, even moderate content creation like Photoshop or Premiere Pro. A gaming PC is built to deliver high performance in games, so it has more premium components, with particular focus on modern graphics cards, high-speed memory and storage, powerful processors and high-end cooling. Aesthetically they lean towards larger cases, RGB and premium materials like tempered glass. A gaming PC can also handle work or content creation, but its primary purpose is gaming.
Which gaming PC brands do you have?

We also stock accessories and components from leading brands like Be Quiet!, Cooler Master, ASUS ROG and more. We sample and test all components before including them in a configuration, so we can confidently stand behind the quality and longevity of every part in our systems.
Is it better to buy a gaming PC or a games console?
Console is a dirty word around these parts! Honestly, it depends what you're after. A gaming PC equivalent to a current-gen console usually costs more upfront but can save you money long term on games. PC gaming also gives you mods, an upgrade path rather than buying a whole new system every few years, and a PC from three or four years ago will likely still play new releases. And your gaming PC isn't limited to gaming — you can use it for work, study, and revenue-generating activities like streaming or content creation.
How much does a gaming PC cost?
It depends what you want from it. Entry-level systems start around £500 and suit new gamers and indie-game lovers. A budget of £1,000–£2,000 gets you a solid rig that handles modern gaming with room to upgrade. Over £2,000 moves into top-level performance — the latest components, advanced cooling and all the nice-to-haves. Do I have to build my own gaming PC?
No. We have a vast range of ready-made, tested gaming PCs configured by our expert team. Custom builds are there for gamers with a specific rig in mind. If you'd like to configure your own but aren't sure where to start, our team are always on hand to help.
Is it hard to build a gaming PC?
It depends on your experience. We try to simplify it as much as possible. A first build might take two to three hours; it gets quicker as you get used to it, and things like cable management come with practice. Our motherboard bundles are a great place to start if you want to go down this route.
How long will it take to get my gaming PC?
Our next-day systems are typically in stock and ready to dispatch — order by 2pm and your system should be dispatched by the end of the next working day. We aim to dispatch express systems within 3–5 working days, sent on next-working-day delivery. Custom systems are built, tested and dispatched within 10–15 working days. These are working-day estimates (not including weekends), and the dispatch estimate isn't your delivery date — a system dispatched on the 10th working day arrives on the 11th. If anything will take longer, our customer service team will let you know as early as possible. We work quickly, but we never cut corners on testing.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we only ship within the UK, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.
Are the PCs tested?
Yes. Every PC, including self-builds, is fully tested before shipping to guarantee smooth operation and setup when it arrives.
What's the best gaming PC?
There's no single ‘best’ PC — there's a best PC for you, depending on what you play, whether you stream or create, the resolution you play at, and the look you want. A few we'd recommend for different needs:
The main factor is advancements in technology rather than the hardware wearing out. Over time the minimum spec to play the latest AAA games rises, and platform changes can limit upgrade options. For the most part you should expect at least five years from a gaming PC — longer if you swap out and upgrade components. Keep it clean and your software up to date and it'll keep performing for a good while.

What's included with a Fierce PC gaming PC?
Unless configured otherwise, every Fierce PC gaming PC arrives ready to plug and play. We pre-install Windows 11 and configure essential drivers. Your accessory box includes a power cable, any component accessories, and a WiFi antenna if required. Any bundle or peripherals you've ordered will be included too.
Should I buy a pre-built gaming PC?
