Gaming PCs built and tested in the UK

Every gaming PC here is assembled by our own system engineers, stress tested before it is boxed, and set up so it runs properly on arrival rather than on paper. The range covers entry machines for esports and lighter titles through to 4K builds on current top-tier hardware, whether you are moving up to 1440p, pushing settings in recent AAA releases, or putting a system together for streaming. The hard part, making sure it all runs reliably together, is done before it reaches you.

Why you can buy with confidence

We build the whole system, not just the spec sheet

Parts that look good on a list do not always work well together. Every system is put together by people who know how the components interact, with airflow laid out properly and power delivery sized for the build, so what you get is in-game performance rather than a good-looking specification.

Real-world FPS testing, so you do not overpay for performance you will not notice

Every PC goes through thermal testing, CPU and graphics benchmarking, and memory and stability checks. We also benchmark components for in-game frame rates on current titles, which is how we can tell you which parts actually deliver the most frames per pound. That is what lets us match you to the right build for how you play instead of selling you more than you need.

Hand built in the UK by people who game

No assembly line. Your PC is built and inspected by system builders who test and tune machines every day. If we would not game on it, we will not ship it.

If something goes wrong, here is exactly what happens

Every Fierce PC comes with our PROTECT warranty as standard, covering 3 years labour, 2 years parts and 1 year collection, included with your purchase. If you want longer cover, you can upgrade to:

  • SUPER-PROTECT, 4 years labour, 2 years parts, 1 year collection
  • ULTRA-PROTECT, 5 years labour, 3 years parts, 1 year collection

If a fault appears, you email our team with your order number, we issue a return authorisation, and we aim to complete any warranty repair within 7 to 10 working days. Faults in the first 30 days are collected at our cost. Full details, including what is and is not covered, are on our warranty page.

You will be dealing with PC engineers rather than a call-centre script, by phone or email.

Want to go deeper before you choose?

Start with our gaming PC buying guide. It covers the two questions everything else follows from: what screen you will plug into, and what you actually play. From there, the component guides go deeper on each decision.

Still not sure? Tell us your budget and the games you play and we will recommend a system.

Gaming PC FAQs

What is the difference between a gaming PC and a regular PC?

A regular PC is designed for everyday tasks: browsing, office documents, and moderate content creation like Photoshop or Premiere Pro. A gaming PC is built to hold high frame rates in games, so the graphics card, memory, storage and cooling are all specified with that in mind. They also tend towards larger cases, RGB lighting and tempered glass. A gaming PC handles work and content creation perfectly well, but games are what it is built around.

Which gaming PC brands do you have?

We stock the major brands, including AMD, Intel, Corsair, Gigabyte, ASUS, MSI and Lian Li, among others. Accessories and components come from the likes of Be Quiet!, Cooler Master and ASUS ROG. We sample and test components before they go into a configuration, so we can stand behind every part in the system.

Is it better to buy a gaming PC or a games console?

Console is a dirty word around these parts, but honestly it depends what you are after. A gaming PC equivalent to a current-gen console usually costs more upfront and can save you money long term on games. You also get mods, an upgrade path rather than buying a whole new system every few years, and a machine from three or four years ago will likely still play new releases. It is not limited to gaming either, so it doubles as a work, study, streaming or content creation machine.

How much does a gaming PC cost?

It depends what you want from it. Entry systems start under £600 and suit new gamers and indie titles. Between £1,000 and £2,000 gets a machine that handles modern games well with room to upgrade. Above £2,000 is where the current top-tier components and more serious cooling live. Start with a budget in mind, and if you are unsure, speak to our team. If you cannot find exactly what you want, build it yourself with our PC configurator.

Our gaming PC buying guide breaks down what each budget band actually gets you.

Do I have to build my own gaming PC?

No. We have a large range of ready-made, tested gaming PCs configured by our team. Custom builds are there for people with a specific machine in mind. If you would like to configure your own but are not sure where to start, our team can help.

Is it hard to build a gaming PC?

It depends on your experience. A first build might take two to three hours, and it gets quicker as you get used to it. Things like cable management come with practice. Our motherboard bundles are a good place to start if you want to go that way.

How long will it take to get my gaming PC?

Next-day systems are typically in stock and ready to dispatch, so order by 2pm and your system should be dispatched by the end of the next working day. We aim to dispatch express systems within 3 to 5 working days, sent on next-working-day delivery. Custom systems are built, tested and dispatched within 6 to 8 working days. These are working-day estimates and do not include weekends, and the dispatch estimate is not your delivery date, so a system dispatched on the 8th working day arrives on the 9th. If anything will take longer, our customer service team will tell you as early as they can. We work quickly, but we do not cut corners on testing.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we only ship within the UK, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

Are the PCs tested?

Yes. Every PC, including self-builds, is fully tested before it ships, so it works properly when it arrives.

What is the best gaming PC?

There is no single best PC, only the best one for you, and that depends on what you play, whether you stream or create, the resolution you play at and the look you want. A few we would point at for different needs:

If you would rather work it out yourself, the gaming PC buying guide walks through the decisions in order.

How long does a gaming PC last?

The limit is usually advances in technology rather than hardware wearing out. Over time the minimum spec for new AAA releases rises, and platform changes can close off upgrade options. For the most part, expect at least five years, and longer if you swap components out along the way. Keep it clean and the software up to date and it will keep performing.

Will my PC handle modern AAA games?

That depends which machine you buy. The entry systems are built for esports and lighter titles and will struggle with a recent AAA release at high settings. From the point where a dedicated graphics card becomes standard, modern games run well at 1080p, and the upper range handles 1440p and 4K. The badge on each product tells you what it was built for.

What is included with a Fierce PC gaming PC?

Unless configured otherwise, every Fierce PC arrives ready to plug in and play. We pre-install Windows 11 and free internet security, and configure the drivers. The accessory box has a power cable, any component accessories, and a WiFi antenna where one is needed. Anything else you ordered, bundles or peripherals, comes with it.

Should I buy a pre-built gaming PC?

If you want a machine that is ready to play the day it arrives, yes. The pre-built range covers most budgets and requirements, and some systems are available for next-day delivery if you do not want to wait for a build.
