About us

We have built over 24,000 gaming PCs.

Every one of them was put together and tested by hand in the UK, by people who build gaming machines all day and go home and play on them.

Fierce PC is a brand of Punch Technology Ltd. Our directors have been building PCs in the UK since 1996, long before Fierce existed, and Fierce is where that experience goes into machines built specifically for gaming.

We are not a warehouse that ships boxes, we choose the parts, build the system, test it, and answer the phone when you call.

Built here, by us

Our workshop is at the Meyer Building on Wirral International Business Park in Bromborough. Every Fierce PC is assembled there by hand, one at a time, by a team of builders.

Building in-house rather than buying in finished systems means we control every part of the process: which components go in, how the cables are routed, how the airflow works, and what happens if something is not right. If a machine does not meet our standard, it does not leave the building.

What goes into a Fierce PC

We build with components from manufacturers you will already know: ASUS, Intel, NVIDIA, AMD, among others.

Every component in every system is listed on the product page before you order, down to the model of the memory and the motherboard. If a specification does not say what brand something is, please get in touch to ask.

Express build	3 to 5 working days
Next Day	Order by 2pm, Monday to Friday
Delivery	Free UK delivery on orders over £500. We deliver to UK mainland addresses

A complex or heavily customised build can take longer than the standard window. If that applies to your order, we will tell you rather than let the date slip quietly. Standard build times are subject to change during extremely busy periods also.

What happens after you order

A Fierce PC is built when you order it, not taken off a shelf. Every order moves through the same five stages.

1. Awaiting stock	We source the components for your specific build
2. Gathering components	All the parts are in and picked ready for your system
3. In building	Our technicians assemble your machine by hand
4. In testing	Thermal testing under sustained load, CPU and graphics benchmarking, and memory and stability testing. Windows 11 is installed and updated
5. Dispatched or ready to collect	Your PC leaves us, or is ready to pick up from Bromborough

Nothing skips the testing stage. If a machine does not pass, it goes back to the bench rather than out of the door, and we will tell you if that means a delay.

Larger orders travel by pallet, in which case the courier contacts you to arrange a delivery slot. If you would rather collect in person, you can pick your PC up from the Meyer Building. Bring your order number, and photo identification if someone is collecting on your behalf.

You can check where your order has got to at any point. Call or email us and we will tell you which stage it is at.

Warranty and support

Every Fierce PC comes with a three year warranty as standard. There is nothing to buy and nothing to register.

Free collection	12 months. We arrange the courier, collect the machine, repair it and return it at our cost
Repair turnaround	7 to 10 working days
Technical support	For as long as you own the PC, by phone and email

Lifetime technical support means what it says. If you own a Fierce PC, you can call us about it, whether it is three months old or six years old and whether or not it is still in warranty. Longer cover is available if you want it, but the standard warranty is the one most people need.

Paying for it

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Finance is available at checkout through Dopple and Klarna, subject to status. Full terms are shown before you commit to anything.
