A complex or heavily customised build can take longer than the standard window, and build times can move during extremely busy periods. If that applies to your order we will tell you rather than let the date slip quietly.
How much is delivery?
Free UK delivery on orders over £500. We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Surcharges may apply to some remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands. The exact cost for your address is shown in your cart at checkout.
How is my PC packed?
Your PC is packed to a high standard so that no damage occurs in transit. We use a mix of packaging materials, including bubble wrap and cardboard shredding, and sometimes empty stock boxes to reduce waste. Those boxes are not representative of the components inside your PC.
We leave as little empty space in the box as possible so the PC cannot move about. We strongly recommend you keep the original box and all of the internal packaging in case you ever need to send it back to us.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We provide a tracking number with every order so you know when to expect your PC. Larger orders travel by pallet, in which case the courier will contact you to arrange a delivery slot.

What does the warranty not cover?
