CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES

Still looking to buy that perfect gift? Or treating yourself to your dream gaming rig? We know how important it is to know when your system will be with you, especially in the run-up to the big day. That's why we outline the delivery dates and cut-off times for all our Gaming PCs.


STANDARD DELIVERY SYSTEMS:

If you purchase a custom PC or pre-configured PC and choose standard delivery, it will only be guaranteed for Christmas delivery (subject to parts availability) until:

 
12:00AM, 13th December 2025

 
After this time, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas


EXPRESS SYSTEMS OR UPGRADED TO EXPRESS DELIVERY:

Our express systems are no longer guaranteed for delivery pre-Christmas as of the 12:00AM 13th December 2025.

If you order an express system after this date, we will build and deliver your PC after Christmas.

If for any reason there is an issue with parts in your system that might delay this delivery, our customer service team will reach out to make you aware.

We will be monitoring our capacity for Express systems, so please check back on this page for updates, as the Express option may become unavailable.


NEXT DAY PCS

Our next day PCs can still be ordered up to 2PM 18th December 2025 and delivered before Christmas.

Any orders for our Next Day PCs after this will be delivered after Christmas.



EXPRESS COMPONENTS / ACCESSORIES

Our express components / accessories are no longer guaranteed for delivery pre-Christmas as of the 12:00AM 13th December 2025.

Any orders after this will be delivered after Christmas.

This also includes motherboard bundles.



NEXT DAY COMPONENTS / ACCESSORIES

Our next day components / accessories can still be ordered up to 2PM 18th December 2025 and delivered before Christmas.

Any orders after this will be delivered after Christmas.



EXTENDED WARRANTY AND RETURN PERIOD

We understand that when you're buying a gaming PC for Christmas, it might be several weeks before you actually plug it in and switch it on. We rigorously test all of our systems before they leave our warehouse but if, for any reason, you do need to return a system to us, we've extended our returns period for any systems bought between Friday 1st November and Friday 20th December. To claim the extended returns policy:

 

You must have purhcased your system between 1st November and 20th December.

You must request the return between 25th December 2025 and 17th January 2026. Please note our office opening hours below.

The product must be returned to us in its original packaging by 31st January.
